Come and learn WHY the Strategy & Continuous Improvement (SCI) team of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s Information Security Department performs ongoing maturity assessments of its People, Processes, Data and Technology controls using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) to increase maturity and thereby reduce breach probability by proactively identifying gaps, potential blind spots and opportunities for improvement in the bank’s Information Security program and uses this output to formulate and execute a multiyear Continuous Improvement Plan / Roadmap.
