Ms. Quiana “Q” Jenkins-Milligan is the National Security Agency Deputy Section Chief of Data Transformation & Sharing Solutions. Additionally, she serves as the Chairperson for the African American Employee Resource Group (AAERG) to aid in generating solutions to benefit all members of the workforce by ensuring a diverse and inclusive environment. Ms. Jenkins-Milligan brings more than 18 years of federal government experience where she employs strong leadership, mentoring, and political savvy skills. She is a graduate of Stevenson University (Stevenson, MD) where she received a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems and Masters in Forensic Studies Information Technology. Moreover, she is actively pursuing her Executive MBA at Howard University (Washington, DC). She enjoys any opportunity to diversify her career and share her tradecraft with the next generation of leaders. Ms. Jenkins-Milligan is a native from Maryland, and resides in Hanover, MD. For fun, she enjoys event planning, spending time with her family & friends, and traveling.
