Terrelle Carswell is a Senior Information Security Officer on the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) team within Global Information Security.  He works with technology teams and line of businesses to manage information security strategy and risk.  Currently he supports the Chief Data Office and Global Technology and Operations (GT&O) Third Party Management.

Terrelle joined Bank of America in January 2006 charged with leading Physical Security for the ATM Technology team with a focus on alarms, video monitoring, compliance, and standards for the entire network of 16000+ ATMs.

In 2010, Terrelle transitioned to the ATM Channel taking his role with him while expanding his scope to include fraud mitigation and information security. This included implementing the Anti-Skimming Technology Program, designing the security standards for the ATM with Teller Assist (ATA), and hosting two ATM Security Summits. These summits included industry experts, external security partners, and key internal stakeholders.

Terrelle received a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). He has served on the Alumni Network Board of Directors and the College of Business Alumni Advisory Council for this University. He holds six patents for ATM Fraud Mitigation solutions.

Terrelle resides in Charlotte and is active in corporate and community mentoring programs. He recruits and interviews for GT&O and the Consumer Bank MBA Rotational Program. He also serves on the RIT Office of Career Services and Management Information Systems Advisory boards.
